Panbo Ye is Honorary Treasurer of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce and a former Vice President. He is the founder of Everglow Prosperity (璀璨盛世财税事务所), an accounting, tax and financial planning firm headquartered in Chatswood, with satellite offices in Adelaide and Shanghai.

With more than 20 years in tax, audit, insolvency, business advisory and financial planning, including business restructuring at Grant Thornton and rising to financial controller of an independent supermarket group, Panbo advises business owners, medical and health professionals, investors and families. His work covers tax, business structuring, SMSF and long-term wealth planning, in English or Mandarin. He is a CFP®, a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), an SMSF Specialist Adviser and a registered tax agent, and holds an MBA.

As an owner of several medical practices, Panbo knows first-hand the everyday pressures local businesses face: cash flow, compliance, staffing, technology, funding and growth.

Panbo is passionate about Chatswood as one of Sydney’s most vibrant, multicultural and commercially important centres. As Treasurer, he looks after the Chamber’s finances and governance. His priorities include a structured mentor programme pairing experienced business owners with new businesses and start-ups across Chatswood and Willoughby. He also wants focused member groups in areas such as tax and accounting, marketing, technology, health, property and multicultural business engagement.

His aim is simple: a Chamber that is more connected, more practical and more influential, helping local businesses grow with confidence and purpose.
