Chatswood Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite current members to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at The Orchard Hotel, Chatswood.

This AGM is open to current Chatswood Chamber members only.

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to participate in the formal business of the Chamber and contribute to key decisions that help shape our future direction. The meeting will include a review of the past year, presentation of the 2026 AGM Report, approval of the recently audited accounts, and consideration of Chamber leadership and governance matters.

Members who are interested in taking a more active role in the Chamber are encouraged to consider nominating for the Board of Directors. A nomination form will be provided, and completed forms should be returned to the Chamber Office by the advised deadline (2pm, 26th May 2026) to allow time for nominators and seconders to be arranged.

If you are unable to attend in person, you may still have your vote counted by submitting a proxy form before the meeting. This allows another current member of your choosing to vote on your behalf. We strongly encourage all members to participate, either in person or by proxy, to ensure your voice is heard.
