• Malicious damage ↓ 21%
Some increases were seen in commercial break & enters and vehicle thefts, with targeted operations underway.

🔹 Major Operations
• Operation Amrok – Statewide domestic violence blitz with proactive checks and support for victims.
• Empower You App launched to help DV victims safely record incidents and seek support.
• Operation Sweetenham – Offenders arrested, stolen trade tools recovered and returned.
• Operation Shelter – Multiple arrests following home invasion offences.
• Strike Force Influencer – Successful undercover drug operation reducing local drug supply.

🔹 Community Safety Initiatives
• Doorbell Camera Program with Bunnings helping break & enter victims improve home security.
• Police shared a Chatswood case study showing how good crime-scene preservation led to successful prosecution.

🔹 Scam Awareness
Statewide scam losses continue to fall, thanks to stronger prevention and education.

🔹 E-Bike Rules Update
Pedal-assist only, max 25km/h, not allowed on footpaths. Fines apply for misuse.
