In her position, Courtney is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of Sydney’s most dynamic retail hubs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering strong relationships with retail partners and the Chatswood community. Before joining Scentre Group, Courtney gained extensive retail experience through leadership roles in both Australia and the US, where she honed her skills in retail strategy, operations, and customer experience.
