Carol is the co-founder and director of ICAN Solutions, an IT consulting firm specialising in integrated CRM and cloud-based business management solutions. ICAN Solutions has provided bespoke CRM, website, e-commerce, e-marketing, and business management systems to a wide array of clients, including not-for-profit organisations, the medical sector, financial services, legal practices, engineering and architectural firms, as well as property services, retail, and service-based businesses.

In addition to her development in the IT industry, Carol is dedicated to advancing musical education for the younger generation. She has actively promoted innovative digital resources for violin learning, connecting young violinists globally. Over the past decade, Carol has organised numerous concerts and international violin competitions, with a particular focus on supporting musical education in regional and underserved areas.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Information Technology. With more than ten years of service on the board of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce, she currently serves as Vice President, playing a key role in driving the Chamber's initiatives.
