Carol is the co-founder and director of ICAN Solutions, an IT consulting firm specialising in integrated CRM and cloud-based business management solutions. ICAN Solutions has delivered tailored systems across CRM, websites, e-commerce, e-marketing, online training and education, and business operations for a diverse client base, including not-for-profit organisations, medical and legal practices, financial services, engineering and architectural firms, property services, retail, and other service-based industries. 

Beyond her work in technology, Carol is dedicated to advancing musical education for the younger generation. She has actively promoted innovative digital resources for violin learning, connecting young violinists globally. Over the past decade, Carol has organised numerous concerts and international violin competitions, with a particular focus on supporting musical education in regional and under-resourced communities.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Information Technology. With over ten years of dedicated service on the board of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce, she currently serves as Vice President, contributing significantly to the Chamber's strategic initiatives and local business development.
